Chocolate Mud Cake with Wake Me Up Hazelnuts
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl Soft-Ground Almond Flour
- 1 dl Precious Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp cacao
- 75 gr melted butter
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 handful of Wake Me Up Hazelnuts
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except the hazelnuts and pour into a baking dish. Bake for 10 mins at 175 degrees. Top with hazelnuts and put back in the oven for another 4-5 mins. Serve with some whipped smetana and orange zest. Enjoy!
